Hey hey. You’ll have noticed the layout change, it’s not done yet, but sooner than later (I hope). Read the rest of this entry »

Wordpres error

2009-07-05 08:32 UTC by Desire Campbell

So I just noticed that my usual permalink structure ( /news/%postname%/ ) is broken, for some reason. /news/%postid%/ seems fine, and /%year%/%postname%/ works too, but ‘static text’-slash-postname just throws 404s.

Anyone have any ideas?

Hey hey, been slacking on the updates for a while – I know ho you all miss me. I’ve been working on some layout mock-ups. First up, a sushi restaurant:

Also, new layout for the whole site (anyone else think the dark layout says “I’m trying too hard” in a fourteen year old kind of way?). Anyway, if you need more of me, I’m on Twitter too.

WP 2.7

Upgrade to 2.7 seems to have gone alright.

And as long as I have you all here, does anyone else think it’s weird to have 37 registered users and never have any of them do anything?

If you’re reading this, then I’ve successfully moved the site’s CMS to WordPress 2.6.1.

This means easier page updates, and news posts – and that means I’ll do them more often.
